DECC was established with the purpose of providing consultancy and various support services with high quality and accountability in the field of Development Management. The institution is build on a foundation of more than 25 years of Nepal and South Asian Regional consultancy experience and its working area spread in the South and South Eastern Asian region.
DECC is a Private Consulting Company registered in the year 2000 with the Department of Small and Cottage Industry, Government of Nepal (Company Registration No: 16919/1391 registered on 28, June 2000) and also with Internal Revenue Department under VAT registration provisions (VAT (Tax) Registration No: 500073526 registered on 27, July 2004).
In the development services market, the issue of quality and accountability has always been a matter of concern of the Development Agencies. As an Institution, DECC is proud to make a claim of deep understanding of the critical issues of the Developmental Consultancy Service Sector and the choice of the major cliental groups.
